bbswitch-dkms software package provides Interface for toggling the power on NVIDIA Optimus video cards, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install bbswitch-dkms
bbswitch-dkms is installed in your system.
Make ensure the bbswitch-dkms package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep bbswitch-dkms *
You will get with bbswitch-dkms package name, version, architecture and description in a table
